Step 2: Between November 14th and 21st until 9am, Run or walk a 5K (3.1miles) and time yourself.
You can use free tracking apps like Map my run, Nike, Garmin or Runtastic. The IYR_Virtual app is available on the app store and the play store and can update your time automatically once you reach your distance.
Step 3: Log back onto the I'm Running for Teachers event page under results to "Update your time" from your name. You're finished! Update your time button is located to the left of your name.
